Every room to be painted will be painstakingly prepared before any work commences so that the end result is flawless, durable and spectacular!
All furniture is moved to the centre of each room and covered with plastic
Window shades, blinds and curtains are removed and reinstalled at the completion of work
Drop cloths are used at all times
Holes as well as cracks and imperfections on the walls are fixed with joint compound and sanded smooth. Doorjambs, baseboards and ceiling crowns are calked as needed
Gaps between trim and walls are caulked. Any stains and recently repaired spots on the walls are primed
Windows or doors are open to ensure good ventilation
Dust is removed from the baseboards and trim
Wood is scuffed, sanded and cleaned prior to painting
Pictures, outlet covers, light switches and telephone jacks are removed and placed under plastic in a safe area
